Marina has sound regional experience in Human Resources strategy and policy projects, and a strong training in behaviors and skills. She has managed a range of processes in change management, talent recruitment, corporate climate and organizational analysis.

Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences from University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad del Salvador / State University of New York, and has participated in the IAE Management Development Program.

During her 25-year career in various companies and for different countries, she has served as a Regional Human Resources Manager and Regional Talent Manager in companies such as Cargill, Eg3 and Sociedad Comercial del Plata. She also has experience in Oil and Gas, Agribusiness, Construction and Financial Services.

Her strengths are a passion for making things happen, a systemic vision, building relationships of trust, and the search for value-added solutions, always taking a sharp, challenging and respectful perspective.

She is a facilitator of programs such as Talent Talk (9 box), Leadership, Coaching, and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Since 2019, she is an Associate Consultant for WP CONSULTANTS, an Executive Search | People & Teams firm based in Buenos Aires.
