Paola holds a degree in Human Resources from Moron University and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
Paola started her career developing and leading various HR projects (recruiting, training, development and communications) in the Consumer Goods industry, at companies including BAESA and Colgate Palmolive.
Subsequently, she was responsible for starting the HR department at IT company Conexia and later on, she led the Employment Management area at pharmaceutical company IVAX Argentina / Teva.
Finally, she served as Corporate Head of Human Capital at Pan American Silver, a leading Canadian mining company with several assets in Argentina, where she was responsible for the employment processes of top management levels, planning, structures and organizational development, performance management, compensations and internal communications. She designed Human Resources policies on training, leadership development and coaching for executives.
Since 2018, she is an Associate Consultant for WP CONSULTANTS, an Executive Search | People & Teams firm based in Buenos Aires.
