Rosana is a Teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Belgrano University and a postgraduate degree in Information Systems from ORT Argentina / University of Oxford.
Additionally, she took Technology in Education courses at Harvard University Graduate School of Education in Boston.
Rosana started her career as an IS Project Manager in various companies including Bull, Ciba-Geigy and Citibank.
Subsequently, she focused on the application of technology to education and training in various fields.
In 2012, she joined the BWP team (Backer & Wurzel | Executive Search & Team Performance).
Since 2018, she is an Associate Consultant for WP CONSULTANTS, an Executive Search | People & Teams firm based in Buenos Aires.
In the area of non-profit organizations, Rosana devotes part of her time to the topics of service to society. She is currently Account Manager for the TLEX Institute, where she coordinates activities in the fields of self-leadership, interpersonal relations, well-being/quality of life, and stress and emotions management in work environments.
